Hello, my name is Robert Lopez, and I am the loan processor here at GROW Mortgages. It’s my responsibility as a loan processor to receive the loan file after an underwriter approves it, and guide it towards the smoothest conclusion possible as we work it through the Clear-to-Close phase and on to closing. As part of my job, I gather important documentation that is consistently requested by lenders, and overall, I facilitate our client and loans officers to reach their requirements in order to achieve Clear-to-Close status.
